Those multipurpose adhesives are ideal for the bonding of many materials such as: Formica, wood, metal, foam, leather and carpets. Different specifications such as bond strength, concentration, viscosity, drying time and heat resistant are available to meet customers requirements. -Both surfaces should be coated with a thin even layer of adhesive after being cleaned carefully. -Allow the adhesive film to dry almost completely before bringing together under pressure.

تستعمل هذه اللواصق في صناعة الأحذية و خاصة للصق الأنعال البلاستيكية لأوجه الأحذية المختلفة. -يتم دهن طبقة رقيقة و متساوية على سطح النعل و الوجه بعد أن يتم تنظيفهما جيدا لازالة أية زيوت أو أغبرة أو سواها بواسطة مواد منظفة خاصة بهذه الصناعة. -ان التنظيف الجيد للنعل و الوجه أساسي جدا للحصول على لصق جيد. -تترك الأسطح المدهونة باللاصق لتجف جفافا تاما قبل ان تسخن في أجهزة خاصة لدرجة حرارة ما بين (60-85) درجة مئوية حسب ظروف الاستعمال و من ثم يضغط السطحان معا تحت مكابس خاصة تتوفر في مصانع الأحذية. Those adhesives are specially used in the shoe industry for bonding different types of plastic soles to different types of artificial leather uppers. -The sole and the upper surfaces should be properly cleaned from oil, dust or other contaminations using a special cleaning solvent. -Proper cleaning of the surfaces is very important for obtaining good bonding. -The adhesive is applied on both surfaces and left to dry completely before both surfaces are heated in special ovens between (60-85) °C and then pressed together under special presses used by shoe manufacturers.

توفر الشركة مجموعة واسعة من لواصق الرش للاستعمال في مجالات عديدة كالمفروشات و الاسفنج و الالواح الخشبية و المعدنية لاسطح متعددة و لغايات استعمال مختلفة. و من هذه اللواصق ما هو عديم الاشتعال أو قابل للاشتعال. تصمم هذه المنتجات بمواصفات مختلفة من ناحية قوة اللصق أو المقاومة الحرارية أو سرعة الجفاف ووقت اللصق لتتناسب مع حاجة العميل أو طبيعة صناعته. -ترش طبقة رقيقة و متساوية من اللاصق بواسطة جهاز رش (استانلس ستيل) و بطريقة عمودية على كلا السطحين بعد تنظيفهما بعد معايرة الجهازعلى ضغط هواء3-5 بار حسب الصنف و طبيعة السطح. -يمكن اللصق مباشرة بعد رش السطحين (و خاصة في حالة الاسطح الماصة كالاسفنج) أو لغاية 15 دقيقة من بداية الرش حسب نوع السطح و درجة الحرارة و الرطوبة, ثم بعد ذلك يتم ضغط السطحين معا. A wide range of sprayable adhesives (flammable & non flammable) are available for the use in Furniture, Foam, Leather, Formica and Metal surfaces and other applications. Different specifications such as: bond strength, heat resistance, variable open time and drying time are met to suit customers requirements. -The surfaces to be bonded should be cleaned and free from oil or dust, then the adhesive is sprayed on both surfaces using a stainless steel gun with a distance about 20-40 cm at pressure of 3-5 bar. -Bond can be prepared immediately or within 15 minutes from spraying the adhesive on both surfaces (depending on the porosity of the surfaces) with firm pressure on the bonded area.

Those products are used to join PVC and CPVC pipes. -An even coat of cement is applied to the pipe end and the socket after cleaning them carefully, using a special cleaning solvent. Then immediately the pipe is inserted into the socket and the bond will be developed very rapidly.
